first day on the diet! woo! going alright so far...then again its only 12.12pm lol.
im making mental notes to myself to keep drinking water.....best way to get yourself into the diet if you ask me.

same here... i keep looking at the cans of coke in the fridge and im like NOOOOOOOOO just water. I agree its going well i went out and brought lots of fruits earlier, usually i buy choc on a monday, but i have a nice selection of fruits to snack on.

awww, lol. i know the feeling, my mum bought loads of coke yesterday.....i was like, uh, HELLO!? lol, talk about temptation...at least you got all your fruit though!
we are running short on our supply just now.. not good seeing as im craving grapes lol.

aww i know how you feel! but my real weakness is cake, and when my mum put out the strawberry sponge for pudding, it was so hard not to have a piece, but i just walked away from the table and didn't have a piece, and i felt really proud of myself .

good for you!!! yay! lol. my bro kept winding me up with it today, THEN went and met with a couple of mates who all decided to have a chippy dinner...they mite aswell have just shoved me in a freaking cake shop.

I've got a real problem with tommorow, because i'm going out shopping with my friends- and i know they'll end up going to mcdonalds! and then, we're going to the cinema afterwards, and then i know i'm going to give in, and have sweet popcorn & a lemonade. Is there anything else i could take into the cinema or buy at the cinema or while i'm out that could be healthier than sweet popcorn?.
I know i might give in, cause it's too tempting just to have something easy to eat, and a snack at the cinema!

Hey guys!

I'm going back on my diet today-I planned on starting on Monday but went to stay with my 21 year old aunt and neither of us could be *rsed cooking so we got a chinese.

I am just heading up to do a workout dvd now (Davina McCalls one-<3 it!)
