Ok so alot of people have suggested having a topic for tips & hints to do with food, exercising, etc so I went a step further and created a board ;D
So if you have any useful tips for the diets let us know, whether it's food portions, how to get a flat tum or a cheat to make exercising or dieting more fun then let us know.

i have this greaaat book i found in my mom's closet like ages agoo hahaa. its called "your perfect weight."
hereee's some stuff thats in it: ask yourself four key questions before you go ahead and eat unplanned food- 1. am i really hungry? 2. did something just happen to trigger that craving? 3. would something else, something less fattening perhaps, satisfy me just as well? 4. what do i care about more - the food or havig a silmmer, healthier body?
thats just a litttle somethinnnngg. i found it kindaa motivationnal. ahahaha

Here's a tip if you really crave chocolate and want something similar tasting to it No not carob Yoghurt covered raisins They've got that sweet morish taste that chocolate has but they're healthier for you Andie

pine nuts are another good thing to try they taste nice and there sweet.

Eat 3 healthy meals a day. If you want a snack, try go for something like fruit or a low fat yoghurt. And drink looooooads of water.
