Day One - 13/8/07 Well i didnt snack like i usually do last night, so i am ashamed to say that when i woke up i did feel hungrier than usual. BUT i fought all urges to go and eat crap. I had 2 organic sausages and a peace of wholemeal toast for breakfast with a giant glass of water...my mum is quite forceful with the water thingy so i had another two after that. Makes ya' pee a lot but still...thats helpful in a diet lol.
lunch - i skipped, well sorta...had a babybell. my evil brother came in with like a bag of gingerbread men and was like HEY, you want one?! and then sat in front of me eating them...
dinner - a steak with string bean things, was REALLY nice, and filling. two glasses of water.
(if you're thinking my eatings weird, its because im doing the atkins diet...sorta, despite all the "negative" crap, (which btw, hasnt affected me ever...) it works for me.
before bed - two glasses of water
snacks - cheated, and had a hob-nob...thnk thats ok though, its less than 20 carbs so its allowed. but i felt SO guilty. other than that just water...and a LOT of it. Ally xx [/color][/size]

Day Three - 15/8/07Breakfast - 3 organic sausages and two glasses of water. not very exciting but i do love sausages....lol.
Lunch - didnt have any due to the fact i got up kinda late morning so sausages was sorta like a brunch thingy.
Dinner - went to Frankie & Bennies...and i was SO proud of myself. *pats self on back* had glass of water, tomato and corriander soup to begin with...ignoring crutons....then had a chicken ceaser salad which was surprisingly nice. usually i find salads sh*t tbh, bit to boring for me. BUT THEN...went to cinema with my mum, and despite saying, oh we wont have any popcorn as its first week of diet, dont want to ruin it straight away...we totally did. both of us demolishing our tubs...it wasnt even nice popcorn!.
anyways, minus the shameful dispaly of weakness with the popcorn...still somewhat proud of my day. now on to tomorrow...which is my bro's birthday...can only mean one thing......

Day Four - 16/8/07had my usually breaky of sausages and water. it sounds crapper every day doesnt it? but it was nice and filled me up so its cool.
lunch had a little steak thingy with string beans. and of course water. i cheated by having 3 choccies out of a selection box and a mini Time-Out bar......so im furious with myself and in a really bad mood. i dont even like chocolate that much! urgh..... and tonight, still to have bro's birthday cake and apparently we're going for a meal which should be such fun... lol im in such a bad mood.

Day Five 17/8/07
Well today was a total shi**er. Morning was fine, i had a couple of meatball thingys....(yeh, im a bit weird with breaky), then for lunch i had a tuna salad with this chickeny-curry-sauce-thing at the side...dunno what it was but it was quite nice. then, for some god-forsaken reason i totally relapsed. had like two biscuits, can of coke and was like still searching for food! it was so shameful..... ugh....then went out for like 4 hours chewing gum non-stop, which was fine, kept my mind of food. got home had a chicken stir-fy with bacon bittys, very nice: no sauce or anything like that. (sounds crap, actually very nice) havent ate since then which is good, and been filling myself up with endless amounts of water inbetween all that crap. SO im hoping, that by monday ive lost at least ONE POUND. if not, il throw a total hissy fit.

Day Seven - 19/8/07
Ok last two days were weird food days and thought itd be pointless to write up, SO im here today. Breakfast - Sausages Lunch - dont think i had any, but i had a snack of tuna about 4pm Dinner - Lamb-chop with beans
lots of water.
oh and i cheated yesterday with a bit of toblerone im dreading tomorrow.....WEIGH IN!
