Breakfast: I had nothing Bad I know, but I weren't hungry & i wake up for lunch.
Lunch: A tuna sandwich & chocolate eclair.
(I am on my period, I crave chocolate BAD.)
Snack: Turkey Salad Sandwich on Brown Bread.
Dinner: Cous Cous, is what I am having today.
Extra Curricular Activities. I went to the gym for 2 hours. & danced for an hour.

15/8/07 [/size][/center] Breakfast:Nothing. (my bad again.) Lunch:Popcorn, since I was at the cinema. Dinner:MacDonald's because it is my cheat meal. I can have cheat meals, twice a week not a cheat day.& drank water throughout the day.[/sup]

16/8/07 [/size][/center] BreakfastI woke up at 2.00pm. Lunch: My other cheat meal, Chicken Tikka Masala. & SuperMalt. Dinner Chicken Pasta Bake with Broccoli & Cauliflower. & drank water throughout the day again.[/sup]
