Day 1-15/08/2007Breakfast- Porridge and orange juice-I usually have special K but there was none left! Lunch- Bowl of vegetable soup and 2 slices of white bread. Also had half of a apple nutri-grain bar. Dinner- Well I thought I made a chicken breast covered in breadcrumds and wholemeal pasta but I was nearly finished before I realised it was actually fish!! Snacks- An apple when I was watching BB! Exercise- Did Davina McCalls 1 hour workour-it was actually easier than I thought it was going to be because I've only been doing the 30 minute workouts until now.

Day 2-16/8/2007
Breakfast- Bowl of Special K and 1 slice of wholegrain toast.
Lunch- Brown bread banana sandwich and an apple nutri-grain bar.
Dinner- Potatoes with gravy,beans and 3 chicken wings.
Snacks- Gave in to a slivver of apple tart with cream-it was only tiny and Im guilty!
Exercise- Did another 1 hour of Davina McCalls dvd.

Day 3
Breakfast- Bowl of Special K.
Lunch- Brown Bread banana sandwich and bag of Special K Mini bites-I think thats what theyre called anyway!
Dinner- Baked potatoe,3 Chicken wings and wholemeal pasta.
Snacks- 2 slices of brown bread toast while watching BB-I know I should eat late at night but I was starving!
Exercise- One of Davina McCalls 30 minute workouts!

Day 4Breakfast- Special K and a shice of wholegrain toast! Lunch- An apple! Dinner- Am heading to a 21st now and its a bbq so I'm going to forget about the diet for the next few hours!

Day 5
Ok I'm back after the weekend now and I dont even want to think about what I ate because all I did eat was cakes,chinese takeaways and sh*t like that!!I've put weight back on so I'm determined to lose it again this week!
Breakfast- Special K and toast!
Lunch- Potatoes and a chicken in pastry thing!
Dinner- Banana sandwich.
Snack- A mandarin orange!

Day 6

Lunch- Brown bread banana sandwich and a strawberry nutrigrain.
Dinner- Pasta and chicken.
Exercise- Did an hour of dancing with that 'Funk Fit' dvd!

Dinner- Pasta and steak.
Exercise- Did the 'Weight Off Workout' dvd.

Day 8
My bad guys-I've been away the last few days and kind of let myself go when it came to eating-can feel the results now though!!
Anyway, on to today...
Brekkie- Special K and 2 slices of wholegrain toast!
Lunch- Chicken tikka sandwich.
Dinner- Just had a banana sandwich-it was about 10 o clock and I couldnt be arsed makin something big!
Snacks- A banana.
Exercise- Did 30 minutes of Davina McCalls dvd-the cardio box bit!
Overall- Didn't do too bad today-was going to do the hour workout but had friends over last night and didnt sleep so I'm wrecked! I'm going to work really hard this week because I have parties at the weekend and want to look good!(Easier said than done!)

Snacks- Just had 2 slices of plain white bread-feel very guilty now because I was more bored then hungry! Exercise- Did Davina McCalls 1 hour workout!

Breakfast- Cornflakes and 2 slices of wholegrain toast!
Lunch- Banana wholegrain sandwich and strawberry nutrigrain bar!
Dinner- Chili and rice!
Snacks- I'm eating a bowl of Special K now-I know I shouldn't eat at night but I was starving!
Exercise- Did Davina McCalls 1 hour workout!

Lunch- Banana sandwich with wholegrain bread and 1 weight-watchers cookie!
Dinner- Sheperds Pie! Snacks- A few strawberries. Fruit Salad.
Exercise- Didn't do anything today really.

Breakfast- Rice Krispies and toast. Also one thingytail sausage!
Lunch- Banana sandwich and an apple! Dinner- Potatoes,carrots, and a pork chop.
Snacks- Um..half a bounty. A custard cream. Loads of jellies!
I do realise I let myself go a bit with all the sweets!

Snacks- Had abotu a handful of dry roasted peanuts.
Exercise- Did Davina McCalls 30 minute workout.

Day 17-5/9/07
Breakfast- Special K!
Lunch- Had a brown bread chicken and lettuce roll!
Dinner- Sweet and Sour chicken.
Snacks- Rice Krispies bar and a banana.
Exercise- Did a 13 mile walk on the mountains around our team-I was sweating like a paedo in a Barney suit so I hope I lost some weight!!
