ok...so here goes Day 1, Monday 27th August. breakfast: well, while not in college for the summer, my sleeping plan has gone kapoot, so ive been staying up all night, then sleeping in till about 12 but as soon as i woke up this morning, i had an apple. lunch: four crackers with a dairylea spread and a bottle of water. snack: an orange. dinner: pie, chips & lettuce. nasty but my dad cooked and i cant exactly turn around and say im gonna do myself something different. my parents dont exactly feed us the most healthiest of meals cant wait till i can afford my own place and can be in charge of exactly what goes in my mouth! snack: bad, oh so bad, but i gave in to the bar of chocolate need to stop eating that stuff, i eat way too much of it. exercise: some groovy dancing haha! oh and i drank alot of water throughout the day roll on tomorrow meeting a friend up the high street and im gonna walk it, its about 20minutes. but ive gotta stay away from that mcdonalds when i get there!wow y'know what! i think writing it all down like this will actually help...
