Day 1- 13-08-07. Breakfast Was really tempted to have my usual, bacon and eggs with beans and toast, but i decided to go for strawberry crisp oat breakfast cereal with milk. Lunch made mini pizza's out of italian bread, but i made them healthy by using fresh tomatoes, and a bit of tomato puree, and then i put a bit of cheese, and some mushrooms on top. Dinner had a peice of vegetable lasagne, and drank a glass of water. was really tempting not to have a piece of my mum's strawberry sponge cake as it was sitting on the table when i was eating my dinner!. but i managed to resist the temptation!. snacks strawberry yoghurt

Day 2 14-08-07 Breakfast chopped tomatoes on wholemeal toast. & 2 glasses of water. & i'm sitting here now, and i'm really craving something with sugar in, like cake. Anyone got any alternative snacks? Lunch Pasta with chopped tomatoes and mackrel. strawberry and raspberry organic yoghurt. glass of water. Dinner. vegetable lasagne & an apple. & a glass of water. Drinks & Snacks. 2 Glasses of water. low fat bramley apple yoghurt Exercise. 45 minutes of dancing.

Day 3- 15-08-07. Breakfast Freshly chopped tomatoes on wholemeal toast & a glass of water. Lunch cheese toastie. Dinner. pasta with tomato sauce and low fat cream cheese. snacks & drinks. yoghurt covered raisins & an ice blast (it's like a slush puppie- i had it at the cinema!) water.

Day 4. 16-08-07. Breakfast. missed it only cause i was getting my as results and i felt really nervous!!!. Lunch toast with butter on and salad (i'm not feeling too hungry today tbh.) Dinner
snacks & drinks water.
