Day One - 13th of August
Breakfast.
I had a bowl of fruit & fibre which was yummy, I'm not a massive breakfast person so that was fine for me. I also had some water with it.
Lunch.
So here is where the day started to go down hill. My friend Jennifer & I went job hunting for me & by the time lunch time came we were starved & ended up having KFC. Enough said. But I had chicken so that was sort of ok right?
Dinner.
We went out to dinner with some friends last night & I had skinless chicken wrap things & some chips but didn't finish it. Then about three bites of chocolate cake which I didn't finish.
Snacks. None. Mainly because I felt so guilty about everything else but also because I wasn't hungry.

Day Two - 14th of August.
Breakfast.[/u] Nothing because the minute I got up I went to town with my dad. Lunch.[/u] Dad brought me to Burger King but I did well & had one of the salads while he & my brother sat beside me horsing their ways through bugers [ ] Dinner.[/u] Sweet & Sour. 3 table sthingys of rice & 2 table sthingys of chicken. 2 litres of water .
Snacks.[/u] A small bag of popcorn & about 1 500ml bottle of water so far. =][/size][/color]

Day Three; 15th of August.[/u]
Breakfast;
Fried egg whites, fried in sunflower oil, 1 litre of water & two slices of white bread toast. I know, all the wholemeal bread is gone, I have to get my mum to buy me more later.
Snacks; Red apple.[/color]

Right so I've had a friend over from England for the weekend & we basically just ate a load of crap! So I will be starting properly as of tomorrow. Also, I think my mum & I are joining unislim tomorrow so hopefully I'll have booklets on healthy eating and stuff.

Day Four; August 22nd
Breakfast; Nothing as I woke up late.
Lunch; Crackers, ham & cheese. Water.
Dinner; One small pork chop & beans. Water.
Snacks; Not much tbh. Erm...2 litres of water.

Day Five - 23rd of August
Breakfast.
Nothing as I wasn't hungry. But I did have two glasses of water & a one litre bottle of water on the train to my friends house.
Lunch. Went for a picnic with friends, got a little salad thing in Dunnes with pasta & a tiny bit of potatoe salad. I bought a big packet of buttons had about a handful & we spent the rest of the time throwing them at eachother So yeah lunch XD
Dinner. Chicken sub with lettuce & red onion & a little bit of low fat mayo @ subway. && water. =]
Snacks. Handful of buttons as I have already mentioned.
Exercise. Spent three hours cleaning the house in the morning. Spent the whole day walking around Mallow which is the equivilent to walking around Woking in Surrey. Walked 20 minutes to the train station. Walked a further 10 minutes from the train station to town. =]

Day Five - 24th of August
Breakfast.
Two slices of toast and beans. Cup of tea.
Lunch. Ham & cheese sandwhich. Cup of coffee.
Dinner. Pasta with a 3/4 litre of water. =]
Snacks. Nothing.
Exercise. Erm...running around the house like a madwoman looking for photographs. Hoovering.
Notes. I ate too much bread today & drank too much caffeine & didn't drink enough water.

Day Nine - 28th of August
Breakfast.
I had a bowl of golden nuggets.
Lunch.
Two riveta sandwhich things with hand & lettuce on the inside with a cup of tea & 2 glasses of water.
Dinner.
Snacks. 2 banana's.
