Ok guys this new thread is basically so you all can tell us how you're getting on in your diet. Tell us weekly how much weight you are loosing/lost. Either in pounds, kilos, inches or whatever way you're losing the pounds by.
All you have to do is post your own thread just like in the food diaries board and tell us.
